We want your project to be the very best it can be. Our customer service representatives are here to support you in getting the products you need in a timely manner.

Shipping

For in-stock items all orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
For pre-orders allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
Johnson Distribution uses the following carriers to deliver our products: USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL
Once an order ships, Johnson Distribution will receive an email the customer with shipper name and tracking #.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of the order and customer delivery location. The shipping rate will be shown during checkout prior to the completion of the purchase.
If an item goes on back order we will ship the part of the order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship the rest of the order. The customer will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Refunds & Returns

Returned items must be in original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To Request a refund, please contact us at with a statement as to why you are returning your item and a customer service representative will respond within 24 hours.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We do not refund the original shipping and handling. In a case where an item had a manufacturers defect, the item will be replaced and shipped at no additional expense.

Exchanges
Exchanges for different sizes and colors are accepted if the product you want is in stock. Return shipping for exchanges is at the expense of the customer.

Check/Money Order (local pick-ups and wholesale customers only)
Cash On Delivery (Local pick-ups only)

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Your information is only used to process your order. We do not sell or redistribute customer information to any other party.

Only order data such as billing, shipping, and order content data is stored. We do not store Credit Card data.
